Welcome to Creekside Middle School

Cultivating academic excellence, equity, and responsibility.

The moment you step onto our campus, it is clear that student learning is our number one priority. Throughout the day students are involved in project-based learning, establishing lifelong health and fitness habits, learning to be good citizens, and developing a well-rounded, strong academic foundation. Every day our students are challenged with rigorous academic programs and high expectations. Our school community provides support for each student to be successful. Learning for our students is a sharing, laughing, risking, and questioning experience. We all believe each child should be prepared with skills, knowledge, and confidence for the demands of the 21st century.

Hello Creekside Families,

This is Walt Lewis, Principal of Creekside Middle School,

We have a wonderful parent presentation on Thursday, November 13, at 6:30 in our Multi-Purpose Room that we hope you can attend.  Stephen Altbaum, a seasoned therapist who works with adolescents at Kaiser and in private practice, will share his expertise on Parenting in Difficult Times.  He will touch upon issues such as media, pressure to succeed, and self-harm.  We hope that you can attend and learn more about what students may be experiencing at this age developmentally and in this era of technology.

Also, I wanted to remind you that we are participating in the Community Outreach canned food drive and will be collecting non-perishable food until November 20.  The top three advisory classrooms bringing in the most donations will win a reward.
