We are pleased to share that Castro Valley Unified School District has successfully reached two-year labor agreements for 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 with both the Castro Valley Teachers’ Association (CVTA) and the California School Employees Association (CSEA).

These agreements include meaningful salary and benefits improvements that honor the dedication, professionalism, and daily impact of our certificated and classified staff. At the same time, the District has remained fiscally responsible, ensuring long-term financial stability and continued investment in student learning.

We are proud of the collaborative spirit demonstrated throughout the negotiations and grateful for the shared commitment to partnership and problem-solving. Agreements like these strengthen our District and support the important work happening in our classrooms and schools every day.
