Castro Valley Unified School District Selects
Leadership Associates for Superintendent Search
At a Special Board meeting on March 23, the Castro Valley Unified School District Board of Education unanimously selected Leadership Associates to conduct the search for the district’s next superintendent.
A board subcommittee consisting of Vice President Sara E. Raymond and Trustee Gary C. Howard selected two firms for interviews. After interviewing Leadership Associates and McPherson & Jacobson, the board made its final selection.
The board appreciated Leadership Associates' extensive experience in executive searches for California school districts, its comprehensive stakeholder engagement process, and its commitment to supporting the district throughout and beyond the hiring process.
Leadership Associates will meet with the board to establish opportunities and timelines for community input. These dates will be published as soon as they are set.
