Ms.Shih is honored to serve as Creekside Middle School Principal with over 16 years of experience in school administration. She has previously served as an assistant principal at Castro Valley High School and a vice principal at Ygnacio Valley High School, in addition to spending 11 years at El Dorado Middle School as student service coordinator and vice principal. Prior to entering into the field of public education, she was a psychiatric social worker. Ms. Shih enjoys being out in nature, practicing yoga, hiking, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family. As a lifelong learner, she believes in fostering a culture of equity, inclusivity, and diversity to ensure the academic, social and emotional growth and success of all students and school community members. |
