Administrative Team

The Administration team facilitates the instructional program, creates opportunities for teacher leaders, and develops relationships within the school community. Creekside Middle School promotes shared leadership and places primary importance on developing a community of life-long learners. Encouraging opportunities for collaboration, action research, and reflection of instructional practices to benefit Creekside Middle School, our educational focus is on raising achievement levels for all Creekside Middle School students.

Shih Ms.Shih is honored to serve as Creekside Middle School Principal with over 14 years of experience in school administration. She has previously served as an assistant principal at Castro Valley High School and a vice principal at Ygnacio Valley High School, in addition to spending 11 years at El Dorado Middle School as student service coordinator and vice principal. Prior to entering into the field of public education, she was a psychiatric social worker. Ms. Shih enjoys being out in nature, practicing yoga, hiking, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family. As a lifelong learner, she believes in fostering a culture of equity, inclusivity, and diversity to ensure the academic, social and emotional growth and success of all students and school community members.

Wolf 19-20 Mrs. Wolf is excited to join the outstanding Creekside Middle School community as the Assistant Principal. For nearly thirty years, she has been involved in educating Castro Valley students in various roles, including Summer School Principal. teacher, Reading specialist, and RTI Specialist. She received her MS in Educational Leadership from CSU, Hayward (East Bay). Her three sons attended Castro Valley schools and now she is thrilled her grandchildren are doing the same.
