Notice of Non-Discrimination

The District does not tolerate discrimination, including acts of race based harassment, and is committed to conducting a prompt investigation of complaints of racially-based discrimination and harassment.

Any student who believes he or she has been subjected to discrimination and/or race-based harassment is encouraged to report it to an appropriate staff member (e.g. administrator, teacher, counselor).

Students engaging in acts of discrimination and/or race based harassment may be disciplined and that such discipline may include suspension or expulsion.

The district will take age-appropriate steps to communicate to students at District schools that race-based harassment of other students will not be tolerated.
