There will be early dismissal at 1:55pm this Tuesday, October 26th. Please let your pick up persons and child care providers know. Please pick up students no later than 2:15pm.
Please note that there will not be any homework club or other club meetings and the library will be closed after school on October 26th due to the cross site staff collaboration meetings.

Please remember to complete the daily health screener each day for your student(s) by 8:15am (or by 7:15am if they have a zero period that day).

The application period for 6th grade applications for the 2021-2022 has come to an end. All sibling applicants of current 6th or 7th grade Creekside students will be placed at Creekside under Sibling Priority guidelines. All non-sibling applicants who applied by 3:30pm on 3/26/21 will be placed in the lottery to be held on March 30th at 4:00pm. More information will be emailed to eligible applicants by the end of the day on March 29th. We appreciate your patience as we work to prepare for the lottery while also preparing for the return to in person instruction. Thank you.

Please access the Health Portal website or app for your student. Please set up your account TODAY and add your students to the Frontline Health system and practice by completing the screener each day to get in the habit before we return!
